Pm Shift Blues

Its not that terrible, its just a lot less on the feet movement than the morning run. The strange part is watching the evening dim creep over the Hotel instead of the brightening of early fog to late afternoon. The highlight of this shift is getting to know my new Co-Worker. She's bright, witty, sweet as apple pie and a real treat to have sitting next to me. I don't think I could possibly find another person quite as awesome for the dynamic that this hotel needs.

This will be the first time that I'm ordering food, so I'm excited to taste my first bite of dinner here at the Nevermore. What I've sampled so far (in brief 'dates' with the food, have been the crab cake sliders (during a meeting) which were made of awesome and half of a chicken breast from Jen's lunch WAY back in the day with I first started. That also was made of awesome.

Gee can you tell I'm hungry?

After this shift I plan to go home, have a long soak in the tub and treat myself to a cup of Earl Grey. My body could use the rest after the abrupt wake-up call of CHAINSAW CHAINSAW CHAINSAW!!! (2.0 landscaping from the previous visit) The guys were polishing up the flame-thrower effect that was done to my "rainforest-level" of yard work.

YAY! The yard looks fan-tastic!
